Uberflip needs to work like an automated machine – a customer can come to our site, sign-up, upload a PDF, convert that PDF into an interactive page flipping experience, blast it on twitter and access detailed insightful reports – all without ever speaking to a real person. That’s exciting, but it also got me worried one night. I felt it was important that our customers knew that there were real people (not monkeys) behind that engine. We want Uberflippers to know we have actual team members to help you for support. From our marketing team to our developers, it takes a group effort to execute and push forward such a well-oiled machine.

So I decided we had to do something to profile our team – the people who make Uberflip happen. About 30 days later meet our team video:

Beyond humanizing Uberflip we’re counting on using this video to attract the right talent. We’ve grown a lot in the last couple of years – and as more customers discover Uberflip, more people seem excited to join here. We hope this short view into our daily routine will weed out those that don’t fit the culture and attract someone I can finally beat at ping pong!
